Faxed Timesheet Reminders
- We ALWAYS call upon receipt of your fax. If you do not hear from us within a reasonable amount of time, CALL US. We may not have received your fax.
- Write your name & telephone number in the upper right hand corner of page 1 so we can contact you if there are questions.
- Do not use “white out” to remove a permanent earning or deduction. When faxed, we cannot see what you have removed. Neatly line out the ‘amount only’ and write a ‘0’ for the amount.
- Avoid delays &costly errors. Provide totals of all hours per department (S/T, O/T, etc.), as well as totals of any other earnings or deductions. We will balance against your totals.
